This is our take on a Hopfenweisse, brewed like a traditional German hefeweizen (made with malted and torrified wheat) but with a generous addition of hops.We've used Citra in this itteration to bring a bright and bold hop flavour and aroma. The citrusy dry-hop shines through the sweet, soft, bannana and bubblegummy backdrop of the wheat beer.
