Fermented with wild yeasts, it is smooth & mellow with plenty of farmhouse funk. Stickleback is made in small 1,000 litre batches from traditional bitter-sweet apples grown in a number of orchards near Pilton.Available lightly sparkling, in kegs.Light straw in colour, filtered and unpasteurised.
