Cyclone Somatic

This 8% Double IPA was brewed with the summer months in mind. We took a simple DIPA base recipe and hit it with a solid hop charge of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata in both the whirlpool and dry hop, balanced by a soft bitter backbone. We then kissed it with a dose of delicious pineapple puree for a refreshing and subtle tartness with a dash of sweet!
