Hooked On Fonio

Описание

A bold and refreshing twist on a modern IPA, Fonio IPA brings together the vibrant flavors of Simcoe, Citra, and Strata CGX hops with a unique malt bill featuring fonio, an ancient West African grain. This light-bodied brew delivers a burst of citrus, lychee, and tropical fruit, complemented by delicate notes of white grape and a subtle malt backbone. The use of North Star Pils, Carapils, and rice hulls keeps the body crisp and clean, allowing the hop profile to shine while offering a smooth, easy-drinking experience.
