This isn’t a cider, but a semi-sparkling plum wine blended with 30% Asfari and Santana apple cider.It’s made from destoned and pressed Opal plums, fermented for several months with champagne yeast and pectinase (Zymex). The must was chaptalized to reach an impressive 14.5% ABV.The result? A bold, aromatic plum wine with serious punch — capable of eliminating brain cells at an unprecedented scale.
