We have been waiting a long time to release our first lager, a homage to a true Munich Lager. A long, slow fermentation allows the delicate flavours to emerge from the familiar golden hue, boasting a pure and persistent, brilliantly white head. This beer goes down nice and easy and doesn't demand unnecessary analysis. We have chosen Kazbek for a small, dry hop to bring forward bright notes of lemon and grapefruit to complement that sweet-bready, honey-malt backbone. Prost!
