Botanical BeerDal progetto Birraroma la nostra prima Botanical Beer: RosaRosa è una Pale Ale con infusine di rose da coltivazione biologica.Birraroma è un progetto nato circa due anni fa in collaborazione con l’Università di Padova ed altre aziende agricole del territorio con lo scopo di creare un modello di integrazione di filiera fra mondo agricolo e il mondo birra producendo specie vegetali di nicchia per l’aromatizzazione della birra.L'obbiettivo del progetto è duplice: da una parte proporre nuove ricette per aromatizzare la birra ma dall'altra proporre un metodo per realizzarle.From Birraroma project our first Botanical Beer: RosaRosa is a Pale Ale with infusions of organically grown roses.Birraroma is a project born about two years ago in collaboration with the University of Padua and other farms in the area with the aim of creating a model of integration between the agricultural world and the world of beer by producing niche plant species for beer flavoring.The work was carried out on two levels: on the one hand on small amounts of material to exclude plants that are incompatible with the normal flavoring of beer, and on the other in microbrewing to simulate the production behavior of these beers on larger barrels.The evaluation of the products was then done by successive exclusions of extracts which were not interesting from the consumer's point of view until arriving at just one beer: Rosa.The objective of the project is twofold: on one hand prop
