Sometimes a beer can act as a netting to catch the flavors of wonderful local fruits and flora. This Beligian Dubbel-style ale did just that! We took a ridiculous amount of local raspberries from Weaver's Orchard, and pushed them through this beer during fermentation. Reflecting the deliciousness that abounds around us, Rubis Reticulum is effervescent and refreshing, and easily crushable at 8.2% abv!
