Houblons: Citra (45%), Nelson Sauvin (30%), Chinook (14%) et Enigma (11%)Notes de la brasserie: Au nez les houblons océaniens dominent, accompagnés d'un peu de résine de houblon. Le corps de la bière est initialement assez rond. Au goût, on retrouve une faible touche de malt, puis des notes de vin blanc, de fruits exotiques très mures et finalement un peu de groseille et de framboises. La bière finit plutôt sèche, avec une amertume présente et persistante.Anciennement connue sous le nom de Route 66.- - - - -Hops: Citra (45%), Nelson Sauvin (30%), Chinook (14%) et Enigma (11%)Brewery notes: On the nose, Oceanian hops dominate, accompanied by a little hop resin. The body of the beer is initially quite round. On the palate, we find a slight touch of malt, then notes of white wine, very ripe exotic fruits and finally a little redcurrant and raspberries. The finish is rather dry, with a present and persistent bitterness.Formerly known as Route 66.
