The beginning of May and the end of October really are the seasonal bookends that make up the ebb and flow of life here in Saint Andrews. In the off-season, the coastline is a little more robust - the residents a little heartier.Bookend is a hazy IPA brewed with a whole lot of Vienna and Pale Ale malts from northern New Brunswick, and dry-hopped with extra-generous amounts of Mosaic and HBC-1019. Expect big notes of fuzzy peaches and honeydew melon, with underlying coconut and resin layered on a silky smooth base.
