Recon Series: Mango & Passionfruit Sour

One of 4 beers brewed for The Scratch Bar's Brewsvegas event, Toast to the Coast. Inspired by the local produce grown by the family of a couple of our staff members, we created a fruited sour using mango from Coomera (thanks Bonnie) and passionfruit from Currumbin Valley (thanks Leah). This sour delivers fresh and vibrant aromas of a Queensland summer, with a dry tart finish.
