Endless Pale Ale

The first beer we brewed with our new system - we used a pretty straight forward grain bill on this one, leaning heavily on pilsner malt and a single strain of west coast inspired yeast. We dry-hopped this one with over 8g per Liter with a mixture of Galaxy and Citra hops. Crisp, light, with a nice level of hops to greet you throughout each sip.
