Packed with notes of guava, passionfruit and orange peel, Pallendrome uses Centennial Incognito in the boil and Citra Spectrum and Talus Cryo in the dry-hop. Expect big citrus and white wine notes to shine in this beer from Omega's R&D showcased in Sneakerbeast. Brewed in collaboration with our good pals at Mikerphone Brewing and named after their co-founder, Mike Pallen. So, join us with a Pallendrome to the dome!
