Stargrazing is a bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with cacao nibs, toasted coconut and almonds. The beer was aged in a Blanton’s barrel, and the adjuncts were picked by the amazing 2022 Space Camp Members. This decadent, warm, divine stout is full of flavors of shortbread cookies with an almond sugar glaze. There is a soft aroma of hot chocolate, chocolate wafers and coconut fudge. We get a major almond joy candy flavor with a finish of dense vanilla cream and chocolate ganache. Imagine you’re eating a decadent chocolatey trail mix… under the stars… with your camp crush.
