Aged for 23 months in a Four Roses bourbon barrel, this 14% Imperial Stout was conditioned on roasted pecans, marshmallow and toasted coconut. This stout has a very strong coconut and fudge aroma. The flavors are dense with dark chocolate, bouncy marshmallow, and gentle nuttiness. It is reminiscent of double chocolate chunk muffins and the tongue lingers with warm candied pecans. This beer is as thick and heavy as stone and the ABV will slither up unsuspectingly.
