This mead was macerated on speciality coffee: Fazenda Moinho – Yellow Bourbon from Java Coffee Roasters. The basis of this mead is the Augustów Early Trójniak with a delicate floral bouquet and a bright golden color. The Early Coffee Trójniak is developed during the grain maceration process. The coffee for our mead chosen together with specialists from Java Coffee Roasters.This mead was awarded at: Mead Madness Cup 2019 PRO - silver Mead Madness Cup 2022 PRO - bronze, Orpheus Mead Cup 2022 w USA - gold.
