Brewed in collaboration with our friends at B52 Brewing in Conroe, TX!Tea=MC^2 has a medley of berry and matcha on the nose. The aroma is full of fruit and herbal notes. The initial taste is an intensely sharp tartness that leads into a dry citrus finish. The sour start washes into more of a dry tea-like drinking experience, with the matcha intensifying the sweet aromas.This is an ultra complex, puckering yet delicate beer. It’s one of the most unique tastes we’ve experienced in this taproom, loaded with flavors of currant jam, sour candy, and citrus. It drinks like beer, tea, and a cocktail all at the same time.
