Double Double Wrapped, our 12.8% Chocolate Peanut Butter Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout, is a blend of Imperial stouts aged for an average of 21 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Blanton’s Bourbon barrels. After cold conditioning in stainless, we aged this blend on cacao nibs from Haiti and Ghana, along with a big dose of peanut butter.Double Double Wrapped is a decadent stout that reveals flavor layers of dark chocolate ganache and creamy peanut butter filling supported by subtle vanilla and marshmallow flavors from the extended barrel-aging process.
