Part two of our dual release with Alvarado St brewery is the other end of the drinking spectrum to the first. Pushing the boat out with a triple dry hop load of freshly harvested Eggers hops that we hand selected during the Nelson harvest. We have fused these with some Nelson Sauvin and Citra for classic back up rockstar hops and a kiss of our new favourite HBC 586. At over 8% the medium is big rich and pillowy to deliver this triple dry hop load.
