Pale Ale

A session Pale Ale, lower in alcohol at 4.5%, light-bodied and high in refreshment. Not too bitter, not too hoppy, not too malty - a lovely aromatic complexity. A new beer from Cederberg Brewery, brewed at high altitude using crystal clear, fresh mountain water, filtered through many layers of sandstone. Good stuff!
