Western Justice + Coffee is a two-barrel blend of Double Absence Imperial Stout aged in Thomas H. Handy Sazerac and Heaven Hill Rye barrels for 18 months with addition of Sweet Bloom Coffee. Milk chocolate, toffee, and dark fruit notes imparted by the coffee addition of Sweet Bloom’s Timana AA and Westbound Blend coffees blend seamlessly with delicate spice from the barrels.
