This Imperial Stout is a collaboration with Mama Lor’s Cafe. This batch has been aged in small format Pear Brandy Barrels and then conditioned on almond cookies. The smooth brandy blends with the almonds to provide layers of Funfetti, cookie dough, and sweet pears.
