In Batch 006 we brew up Matts favourite beer style, the Saison. We have used Lime Zest and Guayusa to bring citrus, peach and some tannins to a clean citrus lead Saison fermentation with hints of white pepper from the yeast and Lubelski hop. We then used Omega 'Where Da Funk' Brett Yeast in cask to bring out White Pepper, Dark Fruits & Brett Funk
