I’ve always been intrigued by the interplay between food and beer. As I explored the world of brewing, my longtime friend Mikael was on a parallel path — diving deep into the world of food through Alltid Hungrig.This beer was born from countless conversations between us about what the ideal IPA for food pairing might look like.The result is a West Coast-inspired IPA with a crisp, clean body and a balanced profile of subtle sweetness and firm bitterness. It’s hopped with a blend that delivers bright citrus notes alongside hints of tropical fruit.Brewed with a lower ABV to allow for generous pours and easy drinkability — yet still bold enough to elevate flavors and provide contrast to the dishes you enjoy it with.
