blend of classic dutch gerstes that were aged for a total of 17 months macerated on nordic and schaarbeekse cherriesthis beer is a blend of two different base gerstes. after blending, the beer has macerated on nordic and schaarbeekse cherries for about ten months. this long macerating time is to make sure the cinnamon and almond notes that come from the cherry pits incorporate into the beer. the total fruit intensity is about 330grams of cherries per liter.
