Inspired by Stollen, a German bread eaten during the holiday season. This comforting, chewy monster of a beer was brewed with loads of biscuit malt, raisins, orange peel, toasted almonds, vanilla beans, lactose, spices, and then fermented with a German ale yeast strain and aged in a Cognac barrel.
