This is a unique Kegged Draft Cidre from Romilly hand-made in extremely limited quantities of only a few hundred 20 liter kegs per year. Kegs are only made in the best vintage years and aged 1 to 3 years. The cidre is a beautifully balanced Normandy style tasting distinctly of apple, engaging complexity and incredibly drinkable. There is no added sugar. Best savored in a Belgian or cognac glass allowing the aroma to develop. We believe it is the finest and rarest kegged, ultra-artisanal cider in the country.
