A showcase for two varieties of New Zealand hops - Kohatu and Nelson Sauvin which were all added late into the boil and post fermintation to provide maximum hop flavor with a restrained bitterness. A simple malt bill consisting of a large amount of flaked oats makes this beet smooth and drinkable while allowing the hops to shine.
