This IPA is fermented HOT at 30 degrees Celsius balmy using Kveik yeast. It is fast fermenting and produces tons of fruity esters from the yeast. It is heavily hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin with the hop quantities and timing matching its sister beer the COLD IPA.
