This montmorency sour cherry cider sat in Nickel Brook Cuvée barrels for 12 months. Medium bodied baked apple, stewed plum, figgy pudding with a smidgen of bourbon and buttered toast but still a good dose of vibrant stone fruit and crisp acidity. Finish is dry with a delicate bitterness.
