Opposite Side is all about hops from the opposite side of the world. New Zealand to be exact.Taking hop combinations we have tried and loved in previous beers with NZ hops, we combined all the best that we had available to us.The kettle sees a big addition of Rakau, and then a big dry-hop of Wai-iti and Taiheke hops. The latter of these hops, have a very interesting aroma, reminiscent of black pepper and lime.Enjoy!
