We bottled this beer to commemorate the 11th Woodshop Tasting event. It also happens to be our very first bottled release! We dug deep into the archives and blended up 7 selections that consisted of rye, bourbon, and whiskey barrel aged imperial porters, aged imperial stouts, coconut infused imperial stouts, and more! The resulting beer is a well balanced blend of dark ales layered with delicious flavors of coconut, oaky vanilla, cacao nibs, coffee, dark fruit, and milk chocolate. Age if you like, but we think it is ready to drink now!
