Named in honor of two of our favorite things - the "shifty", which is the beer you get at the end of a long shift of work, and our Chef Tay, the chef de cuisine who keeps our food looking and tasting delicious. Chef Tay picked the hops for this one (Citra, Cashmere, and Idaho 7) in honor of her birthday.
