A seven malt Imperial Stout, matured for 14 months in bourbon barrels, before additions of dark chocolate, Ancho & Morita chillies.Aromas of espresso & vanilla awakening the senses, followed by dried autumnal fruits, salted toffee & a hint of smoke. Smooth & warming with a lingering spice, invoking visions of long nights by the fireside.
