Brewed with our friends at Bierwax. Mr. Maestro made it very clear from the jump what he wanted. “I want it to look like a NEIPA but drink like a west coast!” So that’s what we did. Sure it looks hazy but it’s sticky, dank, and unexpectedly bitter. Brewed with 2-row barley, flaked oats, and flaked rye. Hopped with Cascade, Chinook, Simcoe, Enigma, and Citra Cryo.
