Irish Red Ale with Rye, "Rye-rish Red"5.4% ABVMedium copper to Amber in colour. Served on nitro for a dense, persistent head. Extra creamy mouthfeel, with a very clean fermentation profile that shows off our addition of flaked rye in the mash. A bit of earthy, woody, or even spicy character in the malt body can be attributed to this grain. Backed up by some caramel and brown bread notes. Overall the body is light, and complimented by a moderate dryhop of Cascade and Cashmere.
