Made of chocolate, crystal and spelt malts along with a dash of Jacobson sea salt. Fermented with a Scottish ale yeast combined with our house wild culture and aged in maple syrup and wine barrels, we infused cocoa nibs prior to bottle - conditioning with melted Seahorse chocolate!
