The brewers got to try a new experimental yeast strain, not yet available on the commercial market. EL-1739 was trained to transform more terpenes, lending a stronger citrus character to the final beer. We complemented the released terpenes with old school hops Cascade en Centennial, for more grapefruit and zesty citrus.Best served at a temperature of 8°C.
