GOOD VIBRATIONS

Описание

For the return leg of our latest Collab, with the good people at Tenby Brewing, we have gone big and hoppy! The brief was pretty simple, brew our thickest and juiciest DIPA yet.We started with an oat heavy grist to help smoothout and soften the base up before adding a little Lactose for extra body and a hint more sweetness to really help the ‘juiciness’.With this perfect base we then turned our attention to stars of this show, the hops! Two tried and tested rock star hops, Citra and Mosaic, combined with our new favourite, Nectaron, bring waves of tropical and stone fruits throughout.
