Brewed with a careful selection of specialty malt and a long maturation in bourbon barrels, Spumoni is then treated with dried Bing cherries, vanilla, cocoa nibs, and toasted pistachios. A wonderful layer of dark fruit emerges from the glass before evolving into rich ganache and pistachio. Full-bodied and warming from the spirit barrel, Spumoni is the perfect accompaniment to after dinner delights.
