*Everyday Tiger (El Segundo Collab)*West Coast DIPA | Citra, Nelson, Amarillo, Chinook | US-05 Yeast | 8.0% | 60 IBUsOur long awaited clear West Coast DIPA collab with El Segundo has finally arrived! It has a very simple malt bill of Pilsner, Vienna Malt, and some dextrose to dry it out; For hops, it was bittered with Chinook, given a healthy dose of Amarillo at 10 minutes, and whirlpooled with Nelson, Citra, and Amarillo. The dry hop consisted of 60% Citra, and 20% each of Nelson and Amarillo, giving off fruity and citrus flavors and aromas. It pours clear and straw colored; has a pleasant bitterness that's not overwhelming, follows up with some apricot, orange peel, lemon zest, and pine, and finishes slightly bitter and dry.
