Brewed with a variety of toasted malts from Mecca Grade Estate Malt in Madras, this beer spontaneously fermented in fresh pinot barrels from Domaine Drouhin & aged for 2 years prior to adding Montmorency cherries from Odell Brothers farm. 9 months later we bottled it up with Oregon wildflower honey for 100% natural carbonation.
