Anomalous is our series of Brett-Forward, mixed culture pale ale aged in oak barrels. Anomalous Medusa Highlights the sweet stone fruit and tropical notes of Neomexicanus Medusa Hops alongside southern hemisphere varieties wai-iti and German Hallertau Blanc. Balanced with a base of NYS grown pilsner malt, flaked wheat and honey malt from @murmurationmalts. Anomalous Medusa drinks slightly tart with a dry finish.
