In this version of Freestyle we blended four barrels that had been aged much longer than usual. These barre's held experimental recipes containing oats, spelt and new yeast cultures. The resulting blend is a refreshing and contemplative balance of acidity, funk and body.Casey Brewing and Blending was founded in 2014 on the bank of the Roaring Fork River in Glenwood Springs. Colorado, Our sour Farmhouse ales are aged in oak with local ingredients. By utilizing old world brewing techniques we are able to ensure each beer is Consciously Blended for your enjoyment.
