Cascara Mascara

We infused this 2021 keg of our Imperial Oatmeal Stout (aka Un-Flaked) with the intensely fruity Rafael Amaya coffee from Vigilante. To push the fruit expression even more, we added cascara (dried coffee cherries from Geisha beans). The result is a smooth stout with a huge coffee flavor and aroma with cherry fruit leather and stewed plums.
