This beer is a tribute to fall in the PacificNorthwest. Three events converge makingit a truly fruitful time of year: wineharvest, hop harvest, and fall salmon run.Fort George teamed up with Spawn FlyFish and Landmass Wines to make a beerhonoring this confluence. Freshlypelletized Strata & Cashmere hops fromRoy Farms and potent cryo Mosaic hopsfrom Coleman AG laid a ripe fruity basefor the Chardonnay pomace, supplied byLandmass Wines. This IPA is intense withfruit aromas and flavors like peach,cantaloupe, white grape, kiwi, pineapple,and mango, giving it a full body andsmooth, sweet finish.
