Pomona: Strawberry Guava

Pomona, the goddess of fruit and orchards, is the namesake of our smoothie sour series. Using a kettle sour technique of introducing lactobacillus to our kettle to drop the pH overnight, we brewed a tart base beer with low hopping and a clean fermentation. For this iteration, we conditioned it on strawberry and guava purees with a touch of vanilla. Enjoy this fruit smoothie of a beer!
