Beer of mixed fermentation raised from the marcs of grape varieties, then barrique 6 months in American oak barrels.Osceola Muscat and Adalmiina, which are used by the Ste-Angélique vineyard to develop a local orange wine, Muscal.Very pale in color, almost white, this version of the Elixir is extremely refreshing and tippable: on the nose, woodiness and the presence of tannins dominate.On the palate, it is mineral, chalky, with a nice acidity and citrus aromas reminiscent of tangerines and yuzu.
