When three breweries come together, a bunch of ideas, know-hows and passions are thrown into the kettle. Together with Nepomucen and Cztery Ściany from Poland our goal was to create our utopian version of a juicy IPA, a style that all of us love. We relied on the trustworthy Verdant yeast and turned to New Zealand’s Freestyle hops for some luscious touches of citrus, guava and passion fruit. And for the first time we tried out one of the currently hottest hop innovations, Hop Kief, specifically Kohia Nelson - a mix of hops and passion fruit, which weaves delicious Sauvignon Blanc and tropical fruit notes into the aroma.
