We invited our friend Shawn McIlhenny from Alpine Beer Company down to collab up this West Coast style Rye-packed lupulin flavored liquid. We kept the malt profile pretty lean with a base of 2-Row, some Golden Promise and a hefty dose of malted rye. Hopped with Warrior, Citra, Mosaic CO2 Extract, and dry hopped with Vic Secret, El Dorado, and Idaho 7, you get big aromas of melon and papaya with big pine, tropical, and citrus flavors. Pours hazy from all that Rye, but this one has a bite that reminds you which coast you're on.
